Overview
Please read this End-User License Agreement ("Agreement") carefully before downloading or using Yiana Writer ("Application").
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, You agree, without reservation, to be bound by the terms and conditions of this Agreement.
If You do not agree with the terms of this Agreement, please do not download, install, access, or use Yiana Writer.
This Agreement is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and the developer of Yiana Writer (Developer) and it governs your use of Yiana Writer made available to you by Developer.
License
Developer grants You a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, install, access, and use Yiana Writer for personal use and internal commercial use in accordance with this Agreement.
Developer reserves all rights not expressly granted to You.
Ownership
Yiana Writer, including its software, source code, object code, design, interface, documentation, text, graphics, trademarks, service marks, logos, and other content, is owned by Developer or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.
This Agreement does not transfer to You any ownership interest in Yiana Writer or any related intellectual property rights.
Restrictions
You agree not to, and will not permit others to:
- License, sell, rent, lease, assign, distribute, transmit, host, outsource, disclose, or otherwise commercially exploit Yiana Writer or make Yiana Writer available to any third party.
- Modify, make derivative works of, disassemble, decrypt, reverse compile, or reverse engineer any part of Yiana Writer.
- Remove, alter, or obscure any proprietary notice, including any notice of copyright or trademark, of Developer or its affiliates, partners, suppliers, or licensors.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Yiana Writer only in compliance with applicable laws and this Agreement.
You agree not to use Yiana Writer to violate the rights of others, gain unauthorized access to any system or data, interfere with the security or operation of Yiana Writer or any connected service, transmit malicious code, or otherwise misuse Yiana Writer or any service to which it connects.
Maintenance And Support
Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, Yiana Writer or any service to which it connects, with or without notice and without liability to you.
Warranty Disclaimer
Yiana Writer is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Developer disclaims all warranties, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.
Liability Limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Developer and any third party involved in the creation, production, or delivery of Yiana Writer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including damages for loss of profit, business interruption, loss of data, or inability to use Yiana Writer.
The total liability of Developer and any third party involved in the creation, production, or delivery of Yiana Writer for all damages arising out of or in any way relating to Yiana Writer and/or this Agreement shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
Export Compliance
You agree to comply with all applicable export control and sanctions laws when using or accessing Yiana Writer.
You may not use, download, or provide Yiana Writer where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.
Assignment
You may not assign or transfer this Agreement or any rights or obligations under this Agreement without Developer's prior written consent.
Developer may assign or transfer this Agreement, in whole or in part, as part of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, reorganization, or similar transaction.
Termination
This Agreement shall remain in effect until terminated by You or Developer.
Developer may, in its sole discretion, at any time and for any or no reason, suspend or terminate this Agreement with or without prior notice. This Agreement will terminate immediately, without prior notice from Developer, in the event that You fail to comply with any provision of this Agreement. You may also terminate this Agreement by deleting Yiana Writer and all copies thereof from your computer.
Upon termination of this Agreement, You shall cease all use of Yiana Writer and delete all copies of Yiana Writer from your computer.
Modifications To This Agreement
Developer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace this Agreement at any time. If a revision is material we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use Yiana Writer after any revisions become effective, You agree to be bound by the revised terms. If You do not agree to the new terms, You are no longer authorized to use Yiana Writer.
